ABOUT HTA Headwaters Trails Alliance is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. To learn more, read our Master Plan, meet our Board of Directors, and keep up on the Minutes from our meetings. Board Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Granby Road and Bridge office in the second floor conference room. MASTER PLAN The development of the Headwaters Trails master plan was a cooperative effort between the Grand County Board of County Commissioners, the Grand County Planning Commission, the Grand County Tourism Board, the Headwaters Trails Committee and the Rivers, Trails and Conservation Assistance Program of the National Park Service.
